Vanessa Kirby is an English stage, television and film actress and model. She starred as Estella in the BBC adaptation of Great Expectations in 2011, and as Joanna in Richard Curtis' romantic comedy About Time in 2013.

From 2016 to 2017, Kirby portrayed Princess Margaret in Peter Morgan's Netflix series The Crown, for which she won the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Television Series and received a nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 2018. She is known mostly for her stage work; Variety in 2016, called her "the outstanding stage actress of her generation, capable of the most unexpected choices". In 2018, she played White Widow in the U.S. blockbuster Mission: Impossible – Fallout, which she will appear in the next two installments. In 2019, she played Hattie Shaw in Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw. Her performance as a grief-stricken young woman in Pieces of a Woman, for which Kirby received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actress.

From 2016 to 2020, she was in a relationship with the British actor Callum Turner. Since 2022, Kirby has been in a relationship with Paul Rabil, an American former professional lacrosse player, co-founder and President of Premier Lacrosse League.

During CCXP Mexico in May 2025, Kirby and Rabil revealed that the couple were expecting their first child.[56][57] On 7 September 2025, Kirby announced that she had given birth to her and Rabil’s first child.[58]
